Terms of Use

1. Definitions

• We / us — SealCore Technology Co., Ltd., registered at 983 Phạm Văn Thuận, Phường Tam Hiệp, Thành phố Đồng Nai (Thành phố Biên Hòa cũ).
• Service — the SealSales platform: the sealsales.vn website, the store.sealsales.vn web app, the mobile apps and their add-ons.
• You / Customer — the individual, household business or company that registers an account and uses the Service.
• Store — your isolated data space on the Service: products, orders, customers, staff, books and everything you enter.
• Your data — all content created, uploaded or generated by you or your staff while running the Store.

2. Scope

These terms cover every way of reaching the Service: desktop and mobile browsers, tablets, POS terminals, kitchen displays and the mobile apps. The account owner must pass the relevant rules on to invited staff, because everything they do counts as action under your account.

3. Accounts & credentials

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping passwords, PINs and device pairing codes safe. The default password issued to a new staff member must be changed at their first sign-in.

Tell us as soon as you suspect unauthorised access. We may temporarily lock an account to protect data when we detect unusual activity, and will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Lawful use

You agree to use the Service in line with Vietnamese law. You must not trade prohibited goods or services, use the Service for fraud, money laundering or tax evasion, distribute malware, scan or overload the system, or interfere with another customer's data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules and will cooperate with the authorities where legally required.

5. Intellectual property

The source code, interface, documentation, imagery and the SealSales and SealCore Corporation brands belong to us. You receive a right to use the Service while your plan is active — not to copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer or build derivative products.

You may quote our public guide content for non-commercial purposes as long as you credit sealsales.vn.

6. Your data

Your Store's data belongs to you. We store and process it solely to provide the Service to you. Each Store is isolated at the database layer with role-based access control.

You can export your data (products, orders, customers, books) to Excel from inside the app at any time. If you ask us to delete your account we stop using the data and remove it per the Privacy Policy, except for records we must keep under accounting, tax and invoicing law.

We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising.

7. Plans, payment & refunds

The Free plan lasts indefinitely within its published limits. Paid plans and add-ons are billed for the cycle you choose; the price shown on the Pricing page is the final amount you pay.

Add-ons offer a 7-day trial, once per add-on per Store. When a plan or a quota expires, some features may be restricted but your data is never deleted — you can still sign in and export it.

Because the Service activates immediately after payment, fees for the current cycle are non-refundable, except where a failure on our side left you unable to use the Service for an extended period. Send billing disputes to contact@sealcore.vn with your transfer receipt.

8. Third-party services

Some features run through partners: e-invoicing, bank QR payments, domain registration, email and push delivery, and Google or Apple sign-in. Turning those features on also means accepting the relevant partner's terms.

We choose partners carefully and help you troubleshoot, but we are not liable for outages originating in a third-party system (a tax authority maintenance window or a bank reconciliation fault, for example).

9. Service availability

We work to keep the Service running continuously and back data up regularly. Even so, the Service is provided "as is": maintenance, upgrades or unplanned interruptions can happen because of networks, hosting providers or force majeure.

For planned maintenance we announce the window in-app or by email and pick hours that disturb selling as little as possible.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for losses caused by you or your staff exposing credentials, by in-store devices, printers or internet connections, by data you entered incorrectly, or by use of the Service that breaches these terms.

In all cases our maximum financial liability is capped at the amount you paid for the most recent service cycle.

11. Support & incidents

For any incident, call 033 896 3943 or email contact@sealcore.vn during 8:00–22:00, Monday to Sunday. Report as early as you can, with what you were doing, a screenshot and the time it happened — late reports make recovery harder.

Technical support may require access to your Store's data area. We only do that with your consent, or in a system-safety emergency, and it is always logged.

12. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or when a competent authority requires it. Before terminating for a breach we notify you and allow reasonable time to export your data, unless immediate action is required.

13. Trademarks

"SealSales", the seal mark and the related brand elements are our trademarks. You may not use them in a company name, domain, social account or in any way that implies a partnership without our written agreement.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product or the law changes. The current version always lives on this page with its update date; for significant changes we also notify you in-app. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the update.
