Do I need a sales call before trying it?
No. Create a store and start immediately — the Free plan needs no card and has no day limit. Contact us only when you genuinely need to ask something.
Do you install the software at my shop?
SealSales runs in a browser, so there is nothing to install. For receipt printers and barcode scanners we walk you through it by phone or via the guide centre.
Does migrating from another product cost anything?
No. Export your catalogue to Excel and use the bulk import; Seal Nhân maps the columns for you. Call the hotline if you get stuck.
How quickly do you reply by email?
During business hours, messages are usually answered the same working day. If it is urgent, the hotline is faster.
