About a minute to sign up. Seal Nhân, the AI assistant, then asks a few questions about your industry and size and builds the product catalogue, staff roles and screens for you. You can also upload a menu photo or an Excel price list and let the AI enter it.

Yes. SealSales covers 4 industries — F&B, retail, services and wholesale — and you can combine them on one account, for example a hair salon that also serves coffee. How many run at once depends on the plan: Free 1, Starter 2, Pro and above unlimited.

You invite staff with a name and phone number; the system issues a default password and forces a change at first sign-in. POS terminals, kitchen displays and table screens pair with a connection code instead of individual accounts.

Forever, with no card required — it is not an expiring trial. The Free plan caps a few things (industries, branches, products, AI requests per day); when you hit a cap the system tells you and suggests an upgrade.

Bank transfer via the QR code shown on the payment screen. Payment is reconciled automatically and the plan activates once the money arrives, usually within minutes.

Yes. Six add-ons are free with every plan and seven are paid monthly (from 29,000₫). Each paid add-on has a 7-day trial, once per store; once bought you can switch it on and off freely without losing the term.

It stays intact. Some features lock until you renew, but you can still sign in and export everything to Excel.

Yes, as long as it runs Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Touch screens, USB barcode scanners and cash drawers wired through the receipt printer all work without extra drivers.

That is the browser default. Install the SealSales shortcut on Windows (see the Get the app page) and receipts print straight to the default printer with no dialog. The "Printing problems" guide covers it step by step.

SealSales needs a connection to keep orders, stock and reports in sync across devices in real time. Keep a 4G backup at the counter — a few seconds of flakiness reconnects by itself, but a long outage stops work.

Each branch keeps its own stock, shifts and reports; owners and managers can view the total or filter by branch. Every branch-specific screen states which location you are working in, so stock never lands in the wrong shop.

Yes. The data is yours; we store and process it only to run your store. Each store is isolated at the database layer with role-based access, so nobody else can reach it.

Any time. Products, orders, customers and books all export to Excel from inside the app — no request form, no waiting.

No. Export your products and customers from the old system to Excel and let Seal Nhân import them — the AI maps the columns even when the file does not match a template. The "Moving from your old software" guide walks through it.

Only if you allow it. Every feature is tied to a permission and you grant permissions by role: cashiers see the sales screen, managers also see reports, owners see everything.

Yes. On the payment screen you switch invoicing on or off per order; the invoice is issued in the background so selling never waits. Your store needs an e-invoice provider account to connect.

Yes. The Accounting & Tax section builds the ledgers and returns required of household businesses, filled from the orders and expenses you already recorded — nothing to re-enter.

Both directions, with due dates: what customers owe you and what you owe suppliers. Selling on credit at the counter writes straight into the debt book, and repayments link to expenses so nothing is recorded twice.
